I've just got back, my nerves are shot, my voice is wrecked, I am tired as f*ck, but it was the greatest sporting event I have ever witnessed. If only we could get an atmosphere like that!

Depends how much of a Giants fan you are. That semi-final when we beat Saints at Warrington was something special.
Not a bad game though for soccer, but for me no where near as exciting as RL.

when did they stop using the away goals rule for the play offs?.. i suppose any team that finishes 16 points clear of their oponents deserve to get to the final and thats as close as a well done as you are going to get lol...
i beleive thathe team who come third should go straight to final, and the have 5 v 6 and then 4 against winner etc... straight knock out and winner plays 3rd place in final....town didnt gain much by coming 3rd in comparrison to bournemouth who came 6th

having to travel to Hull for a 12.30 kick off was bad enough but now Town in a final on the same day , great planning !!

As for the Hull game a bit of a triple whammy really; early KO, Sky and now town in a promotion final - can't see many making it across unfortunately, which is a pity as our away support has improved tremendously this season.

If I had the pick of the two, what are sure to be great games, I would be going to the Giants game as the facilities at Hull (as far as Super League goes) are second to none and the atmosphere is always good, plus Rugby League over Football any day of the week. I always enjoy going across to the KC in particular when we put a weakened squad out in 2009 and crushed them 24-0 (Thorman struggling with some high bombs) as it happens I won't be watching sod all that weekend as I am moving house

Hope Town do get into the Championship.
