| Nathan as stated he feels we are in a better position than we were last season to take on the play off's, I tend to agree with him.

With Raliegh and Patrick back, we can't have many injured, infact I can only think of Lolesi - is he fit?
If so have we the entire first team squad available, other than Mason being 'rested' as such.
We have some good form coming in the run in, and a guaranteed home tie in the first knock out round, probably Cas or Crusaders, and if not them then we'd have HKR. Crikey I feel confident of getting past any of them.
How far do we think we can get, I think a semi is a realistic goal and if we do get there, then you never know what else the future will bring.

| Yeah, end of last season we were knackered, players out injured all over the place, no form to speak off, just lost the CC final so still hurting from that.
Totally opposite this season, no CC headaches, plenty of players in contention, good form, good momentum.
Could be looking good this season for a decent end of season

Love him or hate him, 163 consecutive appearances should make Stuart Littler a Salford legend in anyone's book :Others/NA.JPG |

| Your biggest enemy will be complacency.
You battered us at a canter yesterday and may well be able to do the same against les Cats next week.
Whilst that would help to boost players' confidence it wouldn't have the intensity necessary to properly prepare for a tough playoff game.

| i think we are, we are definitely in a better position than we were 12 months ago .
Yesterday we saw the team almost going through the motions in the 2nd half where i think we could have easily rattled up a huge score if we had put everything into it, obviously we were saving some back.
Its ok getting good form going into the play-offs only to play e in the 1st game

| We have a strong squad at the moment and it will be very interesting to see what Nathan Brown's strongest seventeen will be with everyone fit.
Next week i would put Griffin back for Finnigan and then if we get past the first round ot the play off's Mason would come back for either Raleigh or Horne.
I think that seventeen is very strong and has a good chance in the play offs if it plays to it's potential and maybe gets the odd bit of luck along the way.

| catalans is a good chance to try a few thing out and get ready for the playoffs its been good to get salford and catalans last 2 games it gives players like fa'alogo chance to get match fit again hes going to be huge for us in the playoffs every game hes played this season hes been fantastic in if him and eorl hadnt limped off against saints i dare say we could have won that game
to be honest a few off field incidents early in the season held us back shame really but its all come good now bring on the playoffs we can beat anyone on any given day

6243.gif This will be our year......................................................Hopefully!
But maybe not with child running amock.:6243.gif |

| Don't the second team have a game this weekend? We could use that as one of Masons "banned" games, then he would be available for the first play off game? Or has that loophole now been closed?

| Huddersfield are looking seriously good at just the right time of the season. Which ever one of the top 4 loses in the first week and has to play huddersfield the following week will not be looking forward to it. As a wire fan i really don't want it to be us.

| There is a very small chance we could take 4th spot still
And as long as we win in Perpignan, we will take 5th!

Somewhere in the dust of time rest the bones of the Galilean
He who was spat upon. He whose face was marred beyond all human likeness
Somewhere buried among the lies of the past rests the tomb of Yeshua
Of he who was made God in a world without Hope.
And when this son of Joseph is found. What then will the Church of Rome say?
Prepare yourself for the day is coming. And men will say
"Blessed are the wasted lives who perished in the flames of the holy war": |

| There's no chance of us making 4th. Leeds are 2 points ahead of us and Hull are one point. Whatever happens on the last weekend, one of those two will finish at least 1 point ahead of us even if we win against Catalan.

Erm how can we make 4th??? even with a draw we can't mathematically make itas either Hull or Leeds will still be a least 1 point ahead!
As for 5th yeah what ever happens in the Hull Leeds game we win in Perpignan we're 5th!

| I guess Codey was looking at the table and not taking into consideration that Leeds & Hull FC are playing each other.

| Yeah my mistake, I misread Leeds points
Still, 5th is no mean feat given our mid season wobble. Who do we want to finish above, Leeds or Hull?

| We want Hull to be in 4th.
Then if they lose to Wigan our second game would be away to Hull.
So Cas or Crusaders Home
Hull away
Then semi final based on clubcall

But Leeds might beat Wigan. Then we would be away to Wigan - and we all know what happens there!
