This is going to be one tough game!
Will the Giants have revenge on their minds?

We are the on form team but still not firing at our best.
We're improving but still lack abit of umpf in our forwards.
I don't think we've had the best 2 matches to lead us up to this game mentally whereas Saints last match, though they lost badly, looked dangerous in parts.
I think if we can bring that extra umpf in the forwards, then we have a huge chance of winning.

dont mind silverwood as ref, certainty to get bentham next week or week after.

mcgillvary to return this week and poss lawrence/bailey? plenty of options for anderson.

its been a loooong time since we went to st helens, first game last season away from home was a top top night though

saints not in the same form as they started, could this be the nathan brown curse kicking in?!

we will have to be at our best for this one after the public rants on tv by wellens n brown i think saints will be trying to make a statement on sky, i hope our lads are up for a war on friday nyt.

I'd like to see McGillvary back in. One of Lawrence or Bailey to take part too at 13. I think Chan should take a rest. Give improving Ta'ai another long stint in the second row..

looks like broughton could be out anyhow, shame as saints young wingers have a lot of pace. jerry will have to be at his best and watch out defensively. Id have lawrence in at 13 to keep walmsley and LMS covered. ferres patrick and taai second row, koppy, eorl, mullalley and faiumu up front. We could do with leroy having a good game as centre is i think a weak area for saints and an area we can win this.

I think we will take plenty too which will make it exciting!

i hope we take plenty and get behind the lads, no better showcase than a live sky game to show the RL world that we can be passionate supporters.

to be honest brearley, it's usually a good atmosphere with only a few of us there as like you say, the hardcore tend to be more vocal and get behind the team more.
hull fc was a perfect example...

All being well and traffic permitting I'm hoping to get down for this one Martin. Setting off from Dunblane when the other half finishers work at school and hoping to get off to a flyer. She's hopefully going to drop me off at the ground and I'll get a lift back with my dad or brother to Mirfield
