Why would we want him?

I think the bit where it says we have offered him INTERNATIONAL wages is what makes me sceptical.

However i expect us to lose one big name player to release some salary cap to sign up the younger players.

I have a good idea on who we might lose

To replace Fa'alogo ... Maybe?

Faalogo is playing prop though. More likely to be faiumu - if it's expected that lunt is coming back and with brown playing LF and Jacob signed up who can play there too faiumu isnt going to be getting regular games- it feels as if browny is trying to make room for him now.

What about Kevin Brown if the Wigan rumours are correct?

If finch goes Wigan could be on the look out -but they have been linked with a couple of Aussies-brown wouldn't get in at LF in front of captain curly locks.

Thought to be considering going to NRL now he has done his testimonial. Maguire at Souths obviously rates him.

Conditioned by Greg B, coached by the Giants and in our set up Ferres could be an outstanding player.

I think Ferres is a good footballer and with the correct conditioning and attitude could slot in very nicely with our style of play, should the rumours be true.

Looking at the players that this regime has signed, I think it's fair to say that the vast majority have made significant strides. Hopefully Anderson will continue to work the magic as Ferres is a good player who I'd like to think we could make even better.

If we get him then i will not judge him until hes played a few games for us. I thought chan lee and george was bad signings but prooved me wrong this year. With the right coaching then you never know what sort of player he could be.
