| Hi Guys - what is your team news for Thursday? Brough will have a 1 game ban, but good news looks like Rapira wasnt badly hurt and could play. Was there an update with Wardle who went off injured?
Should be a good following from Hull despite it being on a Thursday. I was on coach 7 when i booked last Thursday so with a good cup win under our belts there may be a few more decided to go.
Naughton and Hadley didnt play v Catalans, but only played the 1st half of the Under 23's yesterday so i think they will come into the team
See you on Thursday

| Like i said on your board, there appears to be little enthusiasm for the game from players or fans.
I hope Hull bring 10,000 and boost our coffers, but can see more like 1000-1500.
Brierley will probably take over from Brough and partner Ellis, or maybe the powers that be still think Kyle Wood is a good option as a starting half back?
Not too fussed about the game myself, i just want to get the middle 8's over with now.

brough banned so wood will partner ellis with leeming coming in to rotate with hinchcliffe
wardle having a knee op so roberts will come in
brierley in for grix at full back too

Ellis to 7,Connor to 6 would be my call, they were linking okay before Ellis got shoulder charged out of our side for 12 weeks. The halves were very poor last week, the FB was arcing around the back to create the 3 on 2,and they never passed to him,now I know why we struggled to score through 'structure' in two games against Wake.
Hinch/Kyle acting half.
Brierley has to be our FB from now on,let's see what he is capable of,Luke Robinson has said Grix readily passes on the benefit of his vast experience to him.
Depends if the attitude of our forwards is to conserve energy, now looking to the M8's,knowing Hull FC are a very physical side this time so just do the minimum. If that is the case,I will be walking out of the stadium a long long time before the end.

It's FUBAR'd
F***** Up Beyond All Recognition, something from WWII I believe along with SNAFU
Onto the game, we have shaul, ellis and watts missing all of whom are key players. Last time shaul didn't play we lost to the whinos and we always seem to struggle without ellis so whilst I'd expect us to win, it's certainly not a given and I highly doubt we'll hammer you as we've been pretty average with ball in hand in recent weeks.

| we will struggle to win any game when we get beat in the pack every week like we have, played with two youngsters most of the season due to huby and smith being injured, we just cant lay a platform for the rest to play with
hull are a big pack so not going to be pretty, sure we will give it our best shot with it being on sky and at home until our heads drop after 30mins

As long as our forwards go out there and have 'a dig' against the Hull juggernaut pack that will do for me.A couple of injuries for them can only assist us.Our coach is talking us up,like they always do.
Think he prob will go safety first, with Kyle in the halves, put Connor opposite Fonua.I'd give Sam a crack at centre though, what's to lose now?
Jerry tends to up his defence when against a 'name' player,in this case Talanoa. That could be an interesting contest in itself.
