Step in the right direction if correct, He deserves regular football , we could get him back in a couple of years.

| I thought we really missed him at the end of season and I'll wish him all the very best should he go but is he the sort of Top 4 player we should be having in the Match Day 17...unfortunately, no, he's not going to get any better and he wouldn't get in any of the squads of those we should look to be competing against.

| surprised if he goes as he is one of andersons fave pick but can see the logic if he does as ellis and brough are first choice half backs
hinchcliffe, robinson and leeming hookers and robbo can also fill in half back so may not get much game time

| Personally I'd rather have Woody in the squad than robbo- can't fault Robbia effort but Woody is quicker, fitter and bring mid 20s has more to come. Brough gets injured and you'd be rueing him going and leaving us without back up.

I agree Robbo needs to retire for his own good IMHO.
He should go on to the coaching staff and then keep Woody unless we bring someone else in.
Hampshire, Brierley even Gaskell.

| only he does not want to sit in the shadow of sam tomkins and george willams. He can either play full back or stand off. He will get no game time at Wigan.
Someone should buy him.
A swap for Patrick

| once again it will be brough and ellis first choice picks for half back.. no problems with that ellis can only get better and brough still at the top of his game. robinson can cover for injury but they dont miss many games.
patrick is back with us next season.

| why does anyone have to go? robbo can still do a job for us, although he isn't as sharp as he was, he is still a good player to have around

As a coach !
The fans and the club have to stop being sentimental. If we are to move on it needs to be done now whilst we are in a decent position.
If we lose Brough next year we are in the 8s and then the million pound game.
Then welcome to oblivion.

| You can't simply get rid of a player who is under contract. And to suggest if Brough is injured we would end up in the million pound game is utter rubbish.
