Josh woods is described as a stand off by Wigan., they are good mates so friendly rivalry is a good thing. This is all about getting olly experience, as Leigh are training part time he can train with then but is still going to be joining in with the Giants training sessions. He can also be recalled at any time so it’s an excellent move for him and us. |

In which case, he'll be competing against Ridyard - who I expect to be guiding us around the park. No real difference between scrum half and stand off these days, though. We are just grateful, given our recent troubles, to get the chance to 'borrow' both these lads. As you say, it's a 'win/win' for Leigh/Huddersfield and Wigan. It's always good to see exciting young talent on the pitch though.  |

ollie was great in the bradford game and will be a big hit for leigh i reckon would have liked to have seen him feature more for us though this year.

You may have had him longer if Gaskell and Farrell hadn't got injured.
Not sure what the options would have been if we hadn't recalled him after the first month.

Would have liked to see him play as Josh Woods only seems to pass and kick, doesn't really 'run at defences'. Ollie looked good in training, and was probably our fastest player, really 'quick off the mark'.
