wheres the best place and where are giants fans sitting this year didnt go last year booked train for the day already

we def need to sort out a section for us this year, split up last year all over again, behind the sticks the top why oh why? plenty of space elsewhere

Why oh why? Because it depends how much people pay for their tickets as to where they can sit!!!!

you can sit further down the stand though rather than at the very top where no one can hear the cheering

Are people going unreserved in east stand or behind the sticks this year? We had to go behind sticks last year as it was the only place that had tickets left- but would rather sit side on.
Another reason why I prefer the etihad is the ability to move around wherever you want in the lower tier meaning we can sit together.

Reckon the east stand,side on.Behind sticks will be packed with FC fans,nowt against them,but let them have it.

Unable to attend last year.Travelling up early Sunday morning this time.There's a wetherspoons just over the road from the train station - the Mile Castle - we will probably head straight there.

Any other recommendations for watering holes up there in gadgieland. Whey aye mon.

Bummer- we got behind sticks cause that's where most went last time. Someone was saying the day tickets for there have sold out!

No- the side on tickets are more money. I would prefer to sit there but everyone seemed to be behind sticks for our game so for those.
Don't mind sitting with the hull lot - most won't be there for our game anyway - but I imagine they will be cheering for us rather than saints!

daily catergory 1 unreserved £19 is side on east stand

daily catergory 3 unreserved £12.50 is behind the sticks leazes stand

(reserved seats are in the milburn stand)


the giants have been allocated in the leazes and east stand

so i prefer to sit side on and will aim to be in the leazes east corner side of the ground

getting my ticket today as you have to get them by the 14th to take advantage of the discount


will aim to sit side on in the leazes east corner side..... then if fans behind the post sit near that corner too maybe get a few together..

maybe be good for the club to put something out on the website and ivor in the supporters column in examiner???

Not special by their normal standards,but we underestimate them at our peril.Not that I think Anderson & Purtill will underestimate them for a minute.

Neutral venue,owt could happen.Magic weekend from memory,defence tends to go out of the window,it's more exhibition stuff.

After the start we had I've no problem with the middle 8's if it happens,from now on just want to see the side progressing like they have.

Beating St Helens would be very satisfying though.

saints cause problems with their attacking kicks especially from walsh, score loads of tries off him so hope we can negate that

could cudjoe be banned? a few others may be in bother too after the catalans game

Walsh is the big threat to us I believe.Not just the kicking but if we hang back on him he can run.
