Well it's time Paul Anderson sorted this out because in at least two games our tactics have been totally wrong and add in the lack of effort poor passing et all and this we just have to turn up to win attitude it's all adding up to the season going pear shaped.

They are all over us a big side like ours and we have no answer to their power and aggression as we didn't with Hull KR and Widnes.

No shape passes straight on to the floor looks like we've never played together.

Two more more shocking passes but now two tries now the game has gone makes it even worse !!!

We have started the season in 1st gear. Hopefully as the season progresses we will move up the gears to peak at the right time. Fingers crossed!

I am very frustrated as well. Poor discipline, poor tackling technique, poor attacking options. What I will not agree with is your comment about no effort.

don't think there was a lack of effort, we were poor and beaten by a better team on the night who got into our faces, wound us up and played on the front foot for most of it.
they also got the benefit of some dubious decisions.

Brough has not been at his best all season. If Anderson cannot get him concentrating on the game and not arguing with the ref then maybe he does need a spell on the side line.
Our big forwards Crabtree,Kopczak,Kaufusi and Taii are performing well below the required level and as a result we are getting bullied by opposition packs.
Without Lunt we should play Robinson at hooker as the play the ball otherwise is too slow.
Robinson is much better running from the play the ball as his distribution as a half back is not great (today it was woeful)

He seemed to be sulking the whole game and spent most of his time chuntering in the ref's ear.

Robinsons distribution was fine last season though so I don't get your point here. I'd play him at hooker only in the case of Lunt being injured (which he is now) and revert him straight back into the half backs once Lunts fit again. You can't drop Brough too, he's our main threat going forward and is a brilliant leader on the pitch. His spat with Silverwood must be deep rooted as they both seem to have a bee in the bonnet about each other for some reason.

I think Robinson is a far better hooker than scrum half although he still probably our best scrum half but without Lunt I feel he is needed at hooker.

Brough on his day is a brilliant player but I have my doubts as a captain as if things start going wrong all he seems to do is argue with the ref. When the Giants are losing there seems to be a total lack of leadership throughout the team.

Without wanting to get barred again I don't think your side look as fit as last year and I think a couple of your players look to be carrying a big of extra weight especially faiumu! I know I've been known to slate cudjoe but I think he hadn't been good yet and looks less fit than the World Cup hope he doesn't think he has reached the pinnacle and he deserves his place! From what I've seen thus far Brixton has been your best player so far

I'm glad I couldn't afford the trip this time around. There will be a few frustrated fans, supping there beer in the rain tonight.

We haven't played particularly well all season. I hope we are saving ourselves for the business end. Brough is a quality leader.. A quality player who switched off with his other players. It seemed like a very lazy performance. We never turned up. Kick chase was awful, we never ran with power.
Would we have won if we had of turned up?
I think it would have been difficult.
Catalans put in a gritty, hard working effort and deservably won.
I don't think we should hit the panic button.. Wouldn't of expected two points at Catalans away before the season had stated.
I do however think a few players should be made to sit out next week to be given a lesson on effort.
Lawrence to be back in for Baily. I'd be tempted to keep Johnson in and maybe play Aspinall, Murphy and Connor.
