looks a promising young kid, i'd take him ....would be a good addition to our young squad i think.

I know years ago he played in the bradford service area and has youth rep honours.
Has been in the bradford squad last couple of seasons and still is very young, so why not do what leeds have done for years and sign up any talent.

Very good player.

Probably the best of the Bradford youngsters IMHO.

Would probably have to let players go at the end of the season if we are to make changes and bring players in.

We have very few who are near the end of contract afaik.

I saw no-one in the Bulls side on Sunday who is better than the lads we put on the field.

I thik the conditions limited most players ability on Sunday. Plus the fact he's also only 18. I would be happy if Huddersfield board/coach thought the same as you. Bateman is going to be one of the best back-rowers in the game. If you signed him he would become a player you built your team around for the future.

I've nothing against the lad.I'm just saying that on Sunday's showing I wouldn't be rushing out to sign him. But that's only one game.

Even so, I still think we've already got enough 2nd rowers who are better. If he's as good a prospect as you say I think the Bulls will be hanging on to him if they are able.
