| dont agree for me cudjoe is one of the best centres in the british game, good on his feet , quick , make good breaks, good under high ball and good in defence, imo brown is spot on.

| Brutally obvious we are short of a Benji Marshall and a Greg Inglis. Also need two Anthony Watmoughs and a Sam Rapira.
The OP is 267% right. If only we had Dean Hanger right now, we would win the league at a canter. Or should that be a hobble?
God I just loooooove the off-season!

| i think Nathan Brown finished his bit about Cudjoe in the Examiner by saying anyone who doesn't think Cudjoe is a good player obviously knows nothing about rugby. Seems people are proving Brown correct on that point lol.
Hanger deary me. Scored a lot of tries in the lower divisions and did what exactly in Super League?

| imo the best strike centre we've had in recent years has to be brandon costin, that lad could find his way to the try line.

totally agree with this.
Wardle is only 19 and looking pretty good also.
Dean hanger was one of those classic players that were far too good for lower league rugby but not good enough for Superleague standard. Another example being Greg Austin at Halifax who ran riot in the lower divisions but was average in the top tier.

| Jimmy Evans was good until he fell foul of the Sharpe one.

| Evans was ok but too slow to be a real top quality player.
Costin however was a class act playing at either centre or stand off.

| Costin was a ok standoff but a great centre, on of the best in his day IMO.
Wardle is good but raw, 19 though and will only get better. Cudjoe is superb. Eos.

| I don't think that Cudjoe has really proved himself to be top flight yet, but he certainly has that potential. Sometimes he can be a game winner, sometimes he can be very poor. It's all about confidence with him. Just look at the try he bombed v Leeds last week...an absolute sitter, turned the game. Yet this is the same lad who backed himself under pressure & came up with the play that knocked Wire out last year. Just can't weigh him up sometimes, but I like him & am glad he plays for us.

| Yep, brough could have taken it, but would have been taken down anyway- but I said at the time he should've kicked it!
However easy to see when your watching! Not knocking him!
