i would give him another year , he may not be a winger anymore but has looked a half decent 2nd rower - and as you have said has been a good servant to the club, he could have left when he lost his place but stayed on and tried his hand a a 2nd rower and has impressed in that role

TBH i think Aspy has been in the best form of his Giants career, i would look at giving him at least 2years and lets see if he can improve any further.

toataly agree great servant to the club never forget try in cc final against saints me and young one on holiday in front of the screen cheering his try with 50 saints fans behind us (youngun had tatoos on face and shirt on in 35c).memories ,get him signed up

Especially if Wild is still going, Aspy will have the pace to go a long way in a footrace around the edges

He had to take a pay cut for this season so probably deserves some loyalty back from the club.

A pay cut and an improved performance what more is to be said.

Last year on the wing I thought he was poor, too many errors not enough tries.

This year the lad has been a revelation 2 more years, especially as wild is leaving.

Does anyone know how long we have horne signed up for IMO he has not impressed

Horne was signed for a year and has not being offered a new contract yet. he has tried hard in all the games he has played and may well look at becoming a prop.

We have Kirmond, Fa'alogo, Faiumu, Gilmour, Finnigan as well as Patrick & Raleigh all under contract and who can play second row. And Jammer. Of Horne and Aspers, I'd keep Aspers. I can't see us keeping both.

At this moment I would say it's more a choice between Aspinwall or Kirkmond.

Kirmond has 3 years left on his deal though doesn't he.
