We could easily have hit the 50 mark aagainst Quins yesterday if everything had stuck and we had taken our chances.

i remember when it all came together last year and we hit Wakefield with a perfect storm.

We seem to throw panicky wild passes at the crucial moment. It's not necessary to score a try at every play,position must be worked first I put it down to naiveity.

I'm happy for us to be doing what we're doing atm. We shouldn't be at our best now in terms of expansive passing play, that will come as the season gets older. We're making consistent yards, playing in the opposition half a lot and hurting the opposition physically which allows us to dominate large portions of games and get the points without being explosively good. It's a good sign IMO.

Agree with that, at this stage we just need to clock up the points and put us in a healthy position, for later in the season with better pitches, the fast flowing stuff will come.

I am sure this has been posted plenty of times before, but McGillvary is a future GB international IMO. Looks absolutely superb.

signs of a good team, dont play too well but still pick up the points!! not saying we played bad but we have picked up 2 scrappy wins in a row now! cant wait for us to hit top form!! could this be our year?? still think wire and wigan are slightly ahead of us though!!

i'll be more than happy if we keep grinding out wins throughout the season,when it comes down to it winning games is more important than scoring lots of points,although it would be nice to see us notch 50 up against the bully's again

We will hit someone very big - and as above better just to finish with 1 more point than your opposition.

I think the dry pictures in the summer will make a big. big positive difference. LOD looked great at Quinns and and I think we have strength and real pace at vital positions/across most of team. Looks like a promising summer ahead. Lets hope the sun is out lots.

PS Anyone know what Fax is pitch is like for when we do our Gypsy impression?

fax pitch is fine, but i think its alot smaller than the galpharm?? think we play better on a big pitch not a tight one like at cas and salford.

Yes - bigger and dryer the better . And then I think we also see true LOD
