Really depends on how he behaves. If he is a team player they won't worry too much about how much more he earns, they'll just be happy to be playing with a true legend of rugby.

For me its a great signing for RL. He will put bums on seats for so many away games as well raise the profile of RL and Toronto. For too long stars have been moving in the other direction, Toronto have moved a player back in RL direction. Admittedly he is in the twilight of his career but he is still a current top RU World Cup player and a true great in both codes.
