Hampshire is the man to get, he covers a few positions and has pace. Forget he turned us down, he would be a valuable signing. We've wasted enough money on overseas signings

Hampshire is a cover player not a starting player , he’s great because he can cover halfback , wing and full back , we have 4 half’s 3 is Matty goes home , we have seniors to cover the wing so the only position he’d play is fullback and I’d rather try sign someone abit better

I would like to see the club make an attempt to get Hampshire , for the reasons you state , but the problem seems to be about what he values himself at, Maybe some sort of deal with pay rises dependent on club success, whatever i know nothing of the workings of players contracts . That said we have higher priorities than a utility although i think he has potential at fullback, We are desperate for a LF and a prop that can get us some go forward and we are not short of Halves so i suppose it's going to be watch this space.

Personally I’d rather have wardle who can make an impact playing 15 games than an average player who makes up the numbers.

Exactly what impact has he had this season then jools in his 15 games, We scraped home by the skin of our teeth, Rankin meanwhile is doing a very decent job at Cas who progressed in the playoff's.

According to various newspaper reports we are in advanced talks with Ashton Golding who still has 2 years on his contract with Leeds. Not sure he would be the answer to our fullback issue. (O for a signing of the quality of Brett Hodgson). Also being reported that the club is offering Matt Frawley to other clubs so don't think we will see him again.
