Most of the players have done ok or better in the past, but that is in the past. We seriously lack pace, players look unfit and do not appear to believe in what they are being asked to do.
That is in my opinion a coaching issue, an issue that has not been rectified by moving from Stone to Thorman, albeit a glimpse of better times v Leeds. Hairdryer motivation has a short shelf life, particularly if you go public about it.
I think a genuinely new coach rather than a promotion is a must.

true... alot of us have said the club needs a clear out starting from the top... wont get rid of thewlis but at least we can get a new coach to try and inject some new life into the club , huge job whoever gets the job though... hopefully they can at least preserve our super league status like stone did for now
