Yep I’ve watched them in training and it’s full contact- but no way is it of the same intensity or length of a game.
We are going into the season undercooked with many of our key players having not played a minute of a preseason game- if they weren’t necessary clubs would t play them!

Have to agree with Jools. Every other SL clubs has friendlies. We are the only club who does what we do.

I feel either 1 of 2 scenarios coming this week.

1. We will have 4/5 players playing who haven't played any pre season games and wont be at the races.

2. We will have a very weak squad and it will come apparent we have far more injuries than we have made out. What Stone will says is "We have a few blokes nursing slight knocks, we decided to give them another week" and the mystery will continue. Tom Symonds for example was meant to have a scan early this week, what was the outcome? We will probably find out in League Express...they are more reliable than the actual club.

That said I hope im very wrong!
