Good idea for both club and mason himself.get plenty of game time each week,plus playing in a winning team most weeks will boost his confidence.and come back a better player in 2019.

Sometimes a change of club and coach can change a player altogether, and as you rightly say playing in a winning side on a regular basis ( something he has never done at Fartown ) can do wonders for a player. Good luck to him I hope he goes well for Leigh.

I think the game time he's received has probably effected him more than some realise.

He,s 24 ffs, in prop terms he,s just a lad, l,m sure he will return a better player, game time is what he needs, should get plenty at Leigh, and hopefully kick on.

well said, not his fault he hasn't had a lot of game time in the past 12 months, don't think he's ever let us down either when called upon.
