What evidence do you have that thewlis is responsible for recruitment? Anderson was NOT told who to sign- only how much money is available from the cap- that's a managerial issue that no coaches deal with. Stone is NOT being told who to recruit.
I'm not sure how thewlis is being blamed for what's happening on the field. He's messed up with Connor and Mason in terms of not understanding the meaning of some of the rules on contracts- but it's the players alone who are responsible for application of their skills on the field. This team were winning games last year!

Some people do spout some ridiculous untruths.
Thewlis does not sign players. He does the paperwork he doesn't make the recruitment decisions. He is involved in negotiations purely to ensure any offers mean we are within cap.
Anderson signed the Bradford three. His parting gift clearly.
And Taai is signed up for two more years (providing we stay in SL of course).
