Expectation has risen and you should (I know its been a tough one this year) be challenging again if you get the right coach in place to carry on your development, you have done it the best way slow and steady and not throwing money at over the hill players for instant success. I know it wouldnt be possible without KD putting his money in but its not his fault the people of Huddersfield dont turn up so he has no choice. I have grown a bit of a soft spot for the Giants over the last couple of years'"
Good team, small club. Smaller mentality.
The trigger for all the disaster this season was the club (supported by many of the fans, it has to be said) deciding they weren't good enough to play an NRL team. That didn't even have the balls to try.
That demonstrated the baked in acceptance of mediocrity that runs through the club like Blackpool through a stick of rock.
BTW it [iis[/i Ken Davy's fault the people of Huddersfield don't buy what he's selling. He should have got his people to work harder or smarter. Blaming your customers is not generally a winning business plan.
