cas just ran harder and made 10 metres every play, needed to meet them and put them on their backs to slow the ruck but we was losing the battle

we could have had the game won in the first half with the amount of possession we had on their line but our attack is pants..hinchliffe i thought could have helped !

The opposition always run harder than us- and usually always make more metres. Allowing them to run is I believe a tactic to "conserve energy". Not one I agree with as surely it makes the collision harder for those making the tackle. Look at most of our games over the last few seasons and you will see that the opposition will make more metres than us win or lose. Was the same under brown. How often did we complain they looked tired under him!

Why were both teams in second strips ?

When we played at cas we wore blue strip again but they had home on.

the RFL issue kit directives that teams must comply with. How those are decided I'm not sure.

Jools you say you don't agree with PA's tactics, then go on to offset it by comparing them with another coach. N Brown is long gone, how we play now is down to PA.
