You can pretend it isn't happening if you like, but poor players, a shot team, letting your best forward go out on a season loan, a coach under pressure, a play maker who wants out, a dwindling fan base, a league table rapidly going away from you, a team better placed than you who have already acknowledged the middle 8 as their destination (though Webster does have form for this), a team that can't beat the worst Wigan team in living memory, all the pace gone from your team as bulk replaces fleet of foot and not an easy game in sight in your next month of fixtures.

Hudds haven't turned into Chorley overnight, but there are lots of downs before you're getting anywhere near the ups.

As a Cas fan I can see where you are coming from on most of this. However if you think Brough looked or sounded like a player that wanted away you have devalued the rest of your post.

It depends what you mean by decent ground. Do you mean a new state of the art stadium that is soulless and empty looking or an old traditional ground like Wheldon road or Belle Vue. Both of whom rock when full.

I looked at your team line up tonight as I was about to put my bet on for 1st try of the match and I was thinking that this is a decent team. The game confirmed this. The result could have gone either way and I'm sure that you will win a lot more games during the rest of the season. You might have had too bad of a start to make the top four but you are too good to remain at the bottom .
