| Quote: jools "Tansey is going next week, foster hasn't got a contract, Murphy is having a nightmare and the last place I'd put him at the moment is fullback which needs a confident player. . Grix is injured and OOC -I can't see him 0playing another game for us. Why is he "obviously his best when he's half back" I thought he was better for us against Salford than he was against Wakey.
I honestly don't think he has the skill set to make a proper SL halfback, he doesnt organise and can't kick. Look at what happened when he came up against full time players in the middle every week in the middle 8s. I think he does have the skill set to be a good attacking FB- IF it's proven he can organise the defence. The juries out so far but play him in the position he was brought to play- as grixs replacement. And please god stop moving players around!!!!!'"
are you drunk? He's played at Leigh in the halves for however many years changing him to full back is gonna do no good at all, he isn't full back he's a half back who "can play full back" he has the skill talent and potential to be up there with the best halves in SL but were shoving him at full back where his talents going to be wasted

| brierley looks very solid under the high ball
the more him and brough get to know each other with combos the better
agree about brough being hit and miss yesterday with some of his passing being poor, or is it the players not catching the ball! either way not good enough and puts us under too much pressure in defence which we can do without at the moment

No his passes were off- too low, too high, not in the "bread basket" too early or too late.... I can't recall ever seeing brough have a top notch game playing Cas at the Castleford ground....

| I watched Brierley yesterday and to say he looked a frustrated man was an understatement, i reckon with the right pass he could have had a hat-trick, on at least 4 occasions the play was set up for him to come round the back and create a 4 on 2 and every single time - and mainly from Broughy - it was completely ignored and we opted for the flat pass to the nearest man, fired at pace, which resulted in the man not expecting it to drop it....Ryan was stood there arms aloft shaking his head.
Were these plays set up that way and did we just choose to try and fool the defence or was it good line running from Ryan that just wasn't spotted ?
Either way we blew those chances.
Thought once again Ta'ai, Rapira and Hinchliffe were our best players with Connor not far behind....in fact i could probably pick the same 4 from every game !
Leroy and Jerry looked good in attack but shocking defensively, but then again most of them were yesterday.

Yup I agree with that but Connor needs to learn to defend out wide his role in the try we conceded just before half time was poor and Brieley could be something special if we learn how to use him
