Leeds are triple winners, one of the most successful RL sides in recent years and have a world club challenge this weekend. They don't make page 2.....

Not quite sure what you're trying to point out Steve May!
Refine the search to include the word 'rugby' and the Giants pop up quite clearly.
So long as TV coverage such as the Rugby league show is on at stupid times (1130pm) on the Northern regional BBC on Monday nights (I'm usually on my way to work every weekday morning at 6am to Manchester) then our game's always going to be perceived as a minority sport nationally.
I always get the feeling that games such as the Challenge Cup final are on prime time BBC purely as a novelty event to remind the Southern elitists that we're still here and have a few Northern customs of our own!
