Agree with that, except that at nearly 33 years old we should be looking to replace Brough outright fairly soon, not just a backup option. He might have a long contract, but he's not going to get any better than he is now.
I hope succession planning is going on as we speak. I'd be amazed if Anderson isn't painfully aware of Brough's age.
