Quote: brearley84 "think £235 works out about £17 a game.. so beats the £24 you pay on the day, guess people have to work out how many games they will attend and see which option is best for them but you cant beat the £120 behind the posts
season tickets are the lifeblood of our club dont forget. ken davys words'"
But the reality is that if you cannot make 3 games then you are as well not buying a ST and just paying on the door..
I still cannot believe that the club have not got other options available.
Half season tickets, any 6 games etc.
All of these still bring money in advance and give people flexibility and make people part of the club.
Mad jack did point out that we have only had three games changed for sky but the perception is that games are changed all the time. We seem to have had a lot of away games on none sundays Hull , HKR etc
People have that perception the club need to respond to it flexibly.
I know from my situation working away ( live in Durham work in Norwich) i will not get a ST. I have managed 3 home games all season.
So i am as well paying on the door. BUT if i had have had the option of getting a 6 games use anytime you want i would have got one and then being dragged into making sure i used the whole 6. Even i f i wanted to go to an extra game now i think £30 petrol £24 on the door is it worth it.
At the minute the reality is £235 season ticket or £24 per game there is nothing in the middle.
( dont mention £120 behind the sticks either blinded by the sun or soaked in the rain). I would want to sit with F&F who would be side on.
There needs to be flexibility in there somewhere.
