They should impose a 40 point deduction on the Bulls, if they appeal it becomes 80 points. A little harsh but it might make people think twice than to live beyond their means!!!!

So guess what you steal another and get another £50 fine and guess what you steal another, in Dubai you steal a car and get your fingers chopped off so guess what ?
