Quote: Mystic Yed "There's only one decision that really did swing momentum for me, Silverwood (the one getting all the grief) correctly calls a ball steal by Briers on Murphy? (think it was him) late in the 2nd half, the touch judge overules it saying that he saw Murphy drop the ball, Silverwood originally calls 6 to go and then a scrum on the advice of the TJ.
That was the only decision for me that was a real momentum swinger, it was a 2 point ball game and we were on the back foot at that point.
I will concede you MIGHT have done something to win the game had that gone in your favour.
Everything else (you may think i'm a biased myopic Wire fan) was par for the course in every game week in week out, bad decisions are made because refs are human, very rarely do they cost teams the game. At the end of the day if Hudds had showed up to their full potential they could have easily won that game, it wasn't the ref that allowed an easy Grix try by missing the ball in the ingoal area, or the ref that outjumped Cudjoe to score, or the ref that couldn't cop with our right edge attacking.'"
I don't think anyone is saying that the decisions cost us the game, no, just saying how you seemed to get all the decisions you way, you would still have won the game regardless,as we only had ourselves to blame for the tries we conceded.
