got to agree with all you say daz, imo we are the side wire should have picked makes no difference to the giants we just need to go there and win, we dont need any motivation the motivation is the grand final bring it on, only downside for me its a thursday night another day at work begging tomorrow.

So he doesn't turn up and 'the board ' chose what a load of 'tosh' he knew exactly what he was doing !!!
It's so typical of his 'manner' we learnt that when he was sooo desperate to go 'home' to Australia and went to that famous Sydney suburb called Leeds !!!
So great Wire/Tony Smith chose us but for some reason wanted to dilute it !!!
Win or lose I hope we give Warrington the 'game from hell' on Thursday because Tony Smith has disrespected my 'team'
His arrogance shows no bounds he thinks 'he knows it all' posing for his bit in our LLS shield ok it's a dinner plate but hey it's our dinner plate !!!
So to our boys for Thursday win or lose lets go and stick two fingers up at Mr Smith and his board and give them the game from hell and make him regret his treatment of a club that treated him very well and gave him his chance!!!!!!'"

You absolutely peaked last Thursday against us and will struggle to hit that level of intensity again a week later. smith knows that and it's why he chose you. The other option is the team who have won 5 of the last 6 grand finals. Not much of a choice IMO. Hope you beat them though

Would have been interesting to see if Huddersfield had have won their first playoff game, would Baloo have been "disrespectful" in his choice for clubcall?

If I had a quid for every time I've heard similar this season I'd have enough to by the entire families season passes and some left over to buy the home and away shirts!

if you guys are so good...why aren't you making the club call?
The simple truth is being the most consistent team over a season is not a measure of a champion team...as Leeds haven proven for many years now.
You are unproven at this level...win a few more playoff games..get to the final...and even win it...then, and only then will, you make it hard for teams to pick you

You are missing my point TS who should have been there wasn't spoke a load of rubbish about who he'd pick I have nothing against Wire hence my post titled Tony Smith.
Warrington earned the right to chose they chose us no problem just that I don't like Tony Smiths dismissive attitude and the games he plays of which this is another example no doubt he will have another whinge about something before Thursday just hope we don't get distracted and turn up on the night !!!!
