true it was a sunday night but 6 15 kick off not 8 oclock, personally owt above 6 will a good crowd, hope for 8 plus but will be suprised if so.

Good point about the kick off time. That would make quite a big difference. I actually think it won't be far off 8k..

Dont forget though, the Wakey game had a trophy at the end of it, lots of people would have come to see us lift that too, young families i mean, allowing the kids to stay up that bit longer......i would be delighted to see a big crowd on Thursday.

Don't worry I'm taking my 14 year old sister back over the Pennines after the game.

She doesn't normally go to the rugby but a fiver's a great price. I'd expect to get back at what, 11? She'll get about 8 hours sleep that's hardly irresponsible. Forcing a minor to be a Giants fan on the other hand....

I am taking my 10 month boy.. But for many people they will see it as too late I suppose.. Maybe I am wrong, If I am wrong then there is no excuse for a poor crowd

Dont think its a case of excuses, more valid reasons when you consider the time and day etc.

Around 6k i think. We have a hardcore of around 5000 but some wont come with the season tickets expiring, they will watch on sky plus thursday night is not a great night for a rugby match for other reasons.

the last home game was a great crowd, nearly 9k giants fans but it was well marketed and also it was for the LLS...great night
