Nephilim? Look in the only book worth reading.: |
|
| I personally could afford a season ticket but can't justify the cost. The half season ticket I could justify and so bought one. The same will apply next season regardless of performances on the field.
If they don't already do it then I think the Giants need to market themselves to different groups and not just aim at getting everyone to buy a full season ticket. Maybe a range of season tickets would help. 1) A full season ticket. 2) A budget season ticket which gives you 6 matches against lower opposition. 3) A mid range season ticket which gives 3 top games and 3 lower games. 4) A premium season ticket which gives you 6 matches against top opposition. The full season ticket should be priced to give cheapest cost per game. Next cheapest per game would be the budget, then the mid range and the most expensive per game would be the premium.

There 10 types of people in this world.... Those that understand the binary system and those that dont: |
|
| I have a season ticket in one of the box's and have often wondered how cheap I could have watched the giants this season... with all the various offers could I have watched every game for less than the cost of a regular season ticket?

| Eylob - No
I've been through all the offers and the season ticket was still the cheapest option.

By how much? If you don't use every ticket then maybe the offers would have been the way to go if you had the time to go to the ticket office in advance of the match each weekend.

| Ticket price is first (if Pre-bought) alternative pricing in brackets. Where there was a 2for1 offer ive lumped the cost on the biggest draw.
This would give you every home game including Challenge Cup v Leeds
0. London (21 without double ticket offer)
33. Wigan. Sky (21 without offer)
15 (Bring a buddy) Bradford (21 without)
21 Hull
21 Widnes
21 - KR
25 - Wire & Leeds CC. (21 without CC)
- (£99 for remaining six games mini season ticket)
21 - Saints Sky
25 - Leeds (21) (Double ticket Offer)
0 - Catalan S. (5)
21 - Castleford
15 - Salford
15 - Wake. Sky

| season ticket still cheaper than all the offer then, and so it should be too.
the upcoming world cup if a success would be massive for rugby league and could have a knock on affect for sponsorship/exposure/ticket sales... imagine crabtree scoring the winning try in the world cup final infront of millions on tv!!!!
as for the poll, looks clear than the answer so far is a 'no'.
