Tend to agree with you though the 2 wins might be swaying my thinking but the team spirit seems excellent and I am sure it will not effect moral one iota. We would be better with him than without but it could open up opportunities for players both inside and perhaps outside the club. If this had happened earlier we might have had a different look and approach this season but liking what we have produced so far and if we can get a replacement at some time and he fits into this system great if he gives other options even better but think we need to take our time and get the right man not rush into anything just because we have room in the salary cap.
