vast majority of sports fans in Huddersfield want good relations between the clubs, sad that the shares issue has come between the clubs and some fans.
I speak as a ST holder in both clubs. Quite a few people staff/fans feeling caught up in the crossfire.
Giants need to be attracting Town fans down to watch SL matches, the shares issue will not help this.
Ultimately down to the 2 owners to sort it out. Cant understand why this was not sorted out when Dean Hoyle bought the club. Nothing more Kirklees Council can do. Recent statements from HTFC have suggested progress is being made, but I would fear consequences for both clubs and stadium finances if the latest deal collapses.
BTW HTAFC signed Beckford on loan for the rest of the season today but wont be paying anywhere near £30k pw for him.
