Nope supposition, guesswork and assertion are out there. As soon as you quote "mids" as a reliable source you lose most fair minded people, I don't doubt the guys passion for Town but through his vindictive behaviour encouraging people to harass Ken Davy he becomes part of the problem rather than part of the solution.
I'll give you examples of Mids dubious facts - Ken Davy transferred shares for £ 2 (it was actually £ 1 as valued by the Administrator) and immediatly valued the stadium at several million (I forget the exact amount), this shows that KD "sneakily stole an asset worth millions". WRONG - KSDL owns the Galpharm and infact the value of its principle asset the Galpharm Stadium did not suddenly change. KSDL was loss making company and worth very little as a trading entity, they cannot cash in on the value of the principle asset as there are two main very long term leases on that asset.
Mids is in essence comparing apples with the shelves in the fruit and veg department at Tesco.
Unless you are party to what is in the confidential documents you do not know what is really going on, neither do I and neither does Mids. It is all guesswork and supposition, you and he may be right, but I seriously doubt it. Everything KD has done for the Giants suggest he is a generous, decent man. A man I and many other greatly admire and appreciate.
There is a right way to go about the return of Town's shares, attacking Ken Davy is not that way, whatever he may or may not have done. Be constructive and you will probably achieve what you wish. I am surprised as when this all kicked off at the turn of the year I feared it would hurt the Giants, I believe it is actually hurting Town. If it is indeed a propoganda war KD is winning hands down.
For the record, I have regularly watched both Huddersfield sides, but the Lime Green bullies are keeping me away from Town matches just now. I know there are a good few like me.
