So one person came and did that at a Giants game, and you're assuming we're all cut from the same cloth.

I am giving examples of actions that are morally and ethically dubious.

It is clear from talking to HTFC fans I know and from being a HTFC fan myself that all HTFC fans are not cut from the same cloth.

The whole share issue is way out of hand. The fans have made it worse in my opinion and the best thing that could happen would be for it to be put on ice for a couple of months to allow tempers to cool and provide the opportunity for the people that really matter to get back around the table and hopefully strike an agreement.

Constantly stoking the fire isn't working. It's making it worse.

This is a RL forum for Giants supporters. I am sure that there will be someone on a different forum or some beer soaked old lad in a pub simple enough to enjoy your dull ramblings.

Please muster a moments insight and see that it is not just that we disagree with you....we find you gloriously dim. And your lack of self awareness about your stupidity is very amusing.

Strange all this talk of morals, they only seem to work one way though:

Ken Davy should hand back shares for £ 2.
Dean Hoyle need not pay Ken Davy for his loan stock (shares in Town arising from Ken having loaned Town money).
Shares in KSDL should be split 40:40:20 as per the original concept.
Giants should pay a greater amount (15/13) for every fan entering the stadium, ie more than the original concept.
That is such an important point that Dean Hoyle will not complete his deal with Ken Davy and that is all Ken's fault.

All this is proven by web-forum posts at DATM and HTSA statements in the examiner.

Did anyone else notice the vast majority of Giants fans at yesterday's match showing support for HTSA by wearing Lime Green t-shirts under their coats?

Good Evening - its been a while.

A long time ago now, I was approached by one of the HTSA people to ask whether there was a Supporters Association for the Giants. At the time there wasn't one but, when Dave finally got things going I passed on details and possibly caused the introduction.

Even now, I'm a firm believer that there is an awful lot of synergy between the two establishments and that they should be working together. Yes, a spokesperson has taken one item that was mentioned at the end of the meeting (so I have been informed) and twisted to their gain. Its spin and lets not forget that. I am sure that Dave et al left that meeting thinking they had gained alot of information which will help the association.

Dave is doing an absolutely fantastic job and don't forget it. There was nobody wanting to setup the Supporter Association, the club were nervous about it and Dave has elected to not take the easy Trust route and do this his way, which will ultimately benefit the club. It seems there are lots of people quick to criticise from behind their keyboard but not willing to speak with Dave and the committee or attend a meeting. Get off your backsides and get down to a committee meeting, pay for your membership and communicate with them.

I'm a member and I was on the committee until work commitments demanded more attention. I believe in what they are doing and I trust them to do it right.

Stop listening to a few lines of spin and get behind what Dave is trying to achieve.

The music and laughter has long been extinguished, the guests have departed, the lights have been turned off & the pinata has been taken down & yet here you still are, blindfolded, whirling around in the pitch blackness thrashing your stick wildly in the air only to occasionally whack yourself right in the shins.

Hoyle agreed to pay £2 as well as every penny Davy has put into HTFC plus interest. Everything that Davy originally stipulated in his side of the agreement was honoured by Hoyle. Hands were shook and it was made official the shares would be returning. It was then taken to the council. At this point Davy decides to decide that he wants the rental formula reverting back to the original (the one which he changed and clearly stated was set in stone*)

Hoyle asked for mediation but Davy refused. Davy then stated that he had in no way changed any of his demands throughout the process but admitted he'd asked for the rental agreement to be changed, but defended it by saying it was a separate issue to the share transfer, but stated that he would not transfer the shares without Hoyle agreeing????? All this was covered by a confidentiality agreement as so to save face for Davy but has been outed. Hoyle has said the extra money it will cost after reverting back to the original rental formula is immaterial, but it's the principle of it all.

Davy stated to Mids/HTSA that he'd be willing to discuss the terms that were previously covered by the confidentiality agreement as long as Hoyle agreed, which he swiftly did, but now Davy won't reply.

All of it is out there. It isn't the propaganda of a select few it is there in official statements, minuted from FFA's meeting with Davy, and from Q&A sessions with Hoyle.
