| you never know. change of club could be a good thing. danny brough was the devils spawn according to some people and would cause the team mayhem. he's not been bad at all from what I hear. If his drinking is an issue then sort that out and improve him as a player, and the giants may have a good 'un

| could be abit of shrewd business by the giants this....
wood not exactly the next best thing we have seen as a youngster coming through falls into the same bracket as mcnally, carlisle..... compared with lomax, gaskell etc.
lee is more experienced and brown has seen qualities in him which he thinks he can bring out.... and whos to say he cant...did it with patrick, lunt.
also lee has a kicking game (7th in the 'kicks in general play' table for super league), which will take the pressure off brough is they play together...would say robbo and lunt ahead of him at the moment.
squad taking shape

| I really liked the look of Tommy Lee when he first came on to the scene. Maybe he got ideas above his station and fell away a bit? Anyhow, it's only fair to give him a fair crack before deciding he's a wrong 'un.

Only one problem there, most of those kicks were crap (ie straight down the full backs throat or way too hard and went dead in goal with no one having a chance to get on the end of them).

will fit in well with brown and robbos kicking then which also leaves alot to be desired at times, obviously kear though lee was half decent at kicking in play otherwise he wouldnt of done so much

Nope - he just didn't have any other option; Lee covered at SH for us last season and was, for the most part, out of his depth and struggling.
Lee has polarised opinions amongst WTW fans and I'm in the 'give the kid a chance, he's been played out of position' camp; that said, the one thing that everyone will agree on is that his kicking game is absolutely dreadful - I'll excuse your bitter rants on our board and offer you some helpful advice; Tommy Lee is not the answer to a perceived gap in your kicking game - you're barking up the wrong tree.

Actually I thought his passing game was even worse than his kicking!

tommy lee is a back up player for us incase one of our star players gets injured, brings abit more experience instead of having to use a youngster who isnt upto the task... not exactly banking on him to come into the team and start kicking for us..brough does that for us very well thanks.
