Very sorry to see him go....he was great for us both on and off the field. He will be sorely missed. Obviously his face didn't fit & he was treated badly imo.

Just seen announcement on twitter. Gutted he is moving just don't know why on earth he was moved from 2nd row to prop. I also think he has been treated poorly by Nathan Brown by excluding him from 1st team when others did not deserve to be in.

I wish you all the best Andy and thank you for the fond memories at Huddersfield. It hurts me to say it but I cannot believe I will be clapping a Wakefield player.

IIRC Raleigh got top tackler, Squadbuilder Player of the Year, Player's Player of the Year and Supporters Player of the Year in 2008. He's a Huddersfield lad and has always given 100%

He deserves to play every week, he needs to play every week and it will bring the best out of him. I just hope the flat earthers give him a chance rather than dump on him because he's Huddersfield. He will do really well there IMO and will prove to be a great signing.

Kirmond will also go well I think and these two seriously beef up Wakey's pack.

Andy's 65 appearances and 20 tries for Sheffield [2001-2004 showed his commitment and dedication as a young lad. He was recognised for his skill, ability and dedication by KR. He did wonders at Hull KR and has been a stalwart at Giants. I hope he continues to be appreciated somewhere else and it is a shame that a player of his calibre doesn't/hasn't had the recognition they deserve.

And I thought it was only me who thought Andy has been poorly treated by Nathan Brown who appears to prefer to play under performing overseas players rather than an English player who has never let the Giants down.

I supported him at Sheffield, I supported him at Hull KR, I even supported him at the Giants (a big thing for a Sheffield fan) & now I'm looking forward to supporting him at Wakefield where hopefully he will not only get played regularly but also in his best position!

A top guy on and off the field who I am proud to call a friend. Good luck Andy can't wait to see you in action again next year.
