ill try again cause i know from experience that sometimes repetition helps with the low ability kids......
minutes played makes no difference if they are stood around doing nothing for most of those minutes!!!!
I could go on the field and play 80 minutes - but i would still be crapper than paleasina doing his two 7 minute stints.
and anyway i would imagine that both bailey and eorl play a similar amount of minutes anyway -
interestingly who makes more metres per carry eorl- against fresh defenders -or bailey against tireder men

So, if one of the players came on for a 5minute cameo, his stats would be dragged down when comparing them per game.

No because you can compare effort and outcome. Metres per carry, missed tackles per tackles made. Minutes played alone is meaningless unless you can compare what was achieved in those minutes.

I think we have our wires crossed. I wanted to compare the stats such as carries on a per minute played basis, not per game.

And it seems to me that the point has completely passed you by.

Bailey's ability on the pitch is not the issue, rather it is Bailey managing to successfully appeal against a one match ban for an offence he has been found guilty of and warned about before because, as your own coach pleaded in the appeal, Leeds' next game is a big one.

The RFL are a laughable organisation that bring ridicule upon themselves and they more than any other body are the reason why League wont expand. They're a joke. They show no conviction with persistent backtracking on decisions via the appeals process and they couldn't organise a wazz up in a brewery. They make themselves look stupid. They are stupid. And they're in charge!
