What has respect got to do with whether a player has some significant weaknesses?

The one who criticised a certain coach we once had. Can't think of many, if any, players I've constantly whipped out in the open. Even if I did once do it, I've learned a thing or two about players reading the forum and the effect it's had on some of them so these days I keep most of my criticisms to a small, select group of people, ie I moan in private. I most certainly do not pick on a layer and constantly beat him to death.

I apologise that you caught the wrath of my tongue, but I'm just fed up with the constant berating of players.
