You got the Simpson moment spot on. In 80 minutes of team games, sometimes a single act or play changes momentum, and 100 per cent credit to Simpson.
I am sure hodgson would have done equally well.....(sorry, could not resist)
I think Simpson could end up being a key signing for us.

Superb write up Birkygiant - gets me all tingly again - so pleased to say I was there to see my adopted SL team perform like that - the faces of you true fans was as good as the game
