i guessed there was some story behind the shirt design . Might have been a better marketing idea to have mentioned it at the time rather than 3 weeks later when everyone has criticised the shirt for its strange design.
Would Anthony Gormley have released details of the angel of the north with publicity about, ' here is a new sculpture for the north east'. Probably not.
Saw the shirt in the flesh for the first time at Christmas and it looks better close up. Good quality , nice colours. Lot sof advertising on it which will be good for the bank balance but my sisters said it was a bit unflattering to womens arms !

l like the design but the material used for the graphics is that rubbery stuff, it tends to crack and it smells, will not buy anything made with this stuff
was up in Hudds yesterday having a few pints. went to the shop and was dismayed by the new shirt.....compared to last year its a lot thinner, we now have screen printed sponsors logo and the wallflower design is shocking. will wait for the away one.........
