The report said he was bailed by West Yorkshire Police, if he has been given Police bail then he hasn't been charged so sub judice doesn't apply.

so far nothing has been said other than what is in the public domain.

However No speculation, no allegations, no my mate told me is acceptable.

In light of the fact he has been sent for a health assessment i would imagine that support rather than speculation is what is needed.
