OK, thanks for contributing - care to explain please? Will Scott Moore be getting games at Saints next season.

In the RL press a few weeks back it was reported that Saints had gotten a little miffed at the Giants for making eyes at our hooker in the making and they stated quite clearly that not only did they want Scott Moore back next year but that he [iwould[/i be back next year. Meanwhile, poor ole Matty Smith is still waiting for a word, down there in South Wales.

So, my guess is that Scott Moore will be returning to Saints in the off season. Whether he will stay beyond his final year is another matter but by then you may have found someone just as good. So far as I know he is being considered as Cunningham's replacement. We still don't know whether Cunningham has decided on another year at the club (I think he is still making up his mind) but even if he does decide on another year, Potter is at our place to integrate and bring on our young players, so now would be the time to integrate him into the team in preparation for when Cunningham hangs up his boots.

Nathan Brown has employed a hypnotist to 'unlearn' Scotty Moore in the hours before Mad Monday.

Don't worry Shaun Lunt will step up to the plate once more next season. He keeps improving every season and he will be a like for like replacement for Moore.

for me lunt is not far off been as good as moore now, real quality player.

Lunt has the making for a quality 9, just needs to learn when to run and when to pass. Perhaps a bit of a kicking game would help as well.

Moore will indeed return, he's growing his hair and putting on weight in order to fit the profile of a St Helens hooker.

Roby can play 13 if need be to accomodate them all.

Lunt is a great prospect and under Brown will develop into a great hooker. He is not yet ready to be a first choice hooker but with more training and game time under his belt will be in a position i believe to play that role within a season at the Giants.

Good pace off the mark, an eye for the try line, a busy player, sound defensively. Not saying his passing and running are bad, but sometimes he makes the wrong choice, however with more experience this should improve.

But then Moore was making mistakes early on too

Lunt will learn well, and he certain has the ability. He is almost guaranteed a try if we are on their line too.
