Do they pay a set amount regardless of the number of games televised?

Still, Sky isn't all bad. I bet a lot of people who 'like' the giants but don't really support them/go to the matches will watch it. With a win, these are the sort of people who could be entertained enough to actually come down to watch a game who otherwise would have just seen a score in a newspaper.

We'll probably play like crap and get our a4ses kicked as well though!

Sky game, home, Friday night. Fewer Hull KR fans coming, fewer home fans coming. It's just a top one all round.

why would it, hull kr are well supported away and you have sold well with the season tickets

There would definitely be more there if it were a Sunday game IMO.

im sure 20 odd coaches that one hull kr fan promised me they'd bring will more than make up for that, record attendance on the cards me thinks, ( 7,000 robins tho! )

Sky should stick to a set schedule set out when the season starts.
Fans plan things round published dates. It`s just not good enough.

I'm flying to Kos on the 6th so it's worked out quite well for me! When I go with my family we book to avoid missing Giants games where possible too but I'm off with my misguided friends (ie they're not Giants fans) and expected to miss two games so I've been lucky!

I say that... but if we go like we have on our previous home Sky games this season maybe you're the lucky one

With you lot. Crowd will be down, why cant they do Sunday night? did with one this season cant remember which. Maybe the aborted celts/wakey. Rovers will still bring 1000/15000ish, but on sunday afters would have brought 2500 with us both hopefully still near top.
