a dossier has been passed to new scotland yard. chief inspector charlie caroli said " although these are early days in the investigation, two men in green shirts have been arrested, and a large number of players will be interviewed in due course"
bramleys chief coach, wallace arnold said " if there is proved to be any truth in these charges, i will make sure the players involved will never play rugby league again. unless its for hunslet or leeds"
bramley are now favourites to win the forthcoming headingley sevens tournament. although they will of course be starting all their games with 13 men.
