If you come out of the railway station front entrance, turn right and walk about 50 yards and you will see 5 or 6 bus stops grouped together. You can catch a number 11 bus at one of them (every 10 minutes). The number 11 bus takes you over the river trent (trent bridge) and you then want to get off the bus outside Macdonalds (600 yards after trent bridge). Walk down to the traffic lights (100 yards to the south) and the entrance to Lady Bay is across the road from the traffic lights

It is about 2 miles and will cost about £5
By Foot
Using the above map, walk down London Road, over Trent Bridge and then down Radcliffe Road to LadyBay. It will take about 25 minutes at a reasonably brisk walk.
