Yesterday at the game Leigh East U15s were visitors at the stadium as guests of Andy Mazey who has become one of our sponsors for the 2014 season, with 20 people being guests, a good time was had by all and nothing was too much trouble with Andy popping into the double box provided just to make sure things were running smoothly.

Leigh East u15s were very grateful of the hospitality they received and once again Leigh Centurions leading the way in making sure the community are involved.

You might have seen the lads looking quite smart in their shirt and pants with red ties, they started the day back at Leigh East watching their previous days game before heading over to the stadium for the game were they managed to get some pictures with Andy and the Northern Rail cup. They finished off the Leigh Centurions match day experience by joining all the players and supporters back at Leigh East which was also well supported.

The lads were a credit to you and Leigh East and were well behaved polite and dressed smartly.

The more we can do to engage this great club with the community the better and as I said after the game to see so many young people in the banqueting suite was very pleasing for me.
