| With all these Players 'allegedly' leaving, I wonder how many of them had already been offered alternative employment? Certainly, the attitude of the players on Sunday left me wondering how much desire they had for our club and, may explain our weak defensive performance too  |

Central funding:
2017 - Promotion to SL - £1.7 Million
2018 - Relegation to Championship - £1.2 Million
2019 - From Finishing 6th in Championship - In reality c£0.00 give or take a few k.
Quite simply put, finishing 5th or 6th was not accrued in the budget when awarding this team of 'NRL and SL superstars' 2 year contracts to the end of 2019. We are now where we are, off loading the wage bill to a more sustainable level. |

Have no problem with the fact that we are downsizing, and no problem with supporting a part time team next year. In fact, quite looking forward to the prospect of supporting a team looking to upset the odds, and less of a circus around the club in general.
However, it would appear that Plan B hasn't really been planned. Derek says he's committed to seeing the season out, but who will play for the rest of the season? |

Have to admit, I expected 2 or 3, maybe even 4 or 5 to go this week. Fact that all have been asked to look for another club suggests that all is not right for paying this season's wages, let alone next season's.
Disgraceful mismanagement of the club.
