As I say, maybe players are on holiday - it's the best time for them, immediately following the end of the season.

I thought our season ticket sales have been a bit sluggish. We've sold just over 1200 so far and that's with the direct debit option that finished a couple of weeks ago. I would have expected the figure to have been well over 2000 at this stage.

Quite a few will get xmas pressies I suppose, not sure staggered payments are a biggy for a lot of people

Getting mine in Jan along with the grandsons, no real rush, will be in the west stand somewhere no doubt. Wife and 3 or 4 family members will be picking and choosing games - be surprised if any games are a sell out

As far as season tickets are concerned, I will get 2 after Christmas, there is no rush,plenty of time to pick our seats.

There's always the Christmas bonus, i suppose. And Christmas beer could become Christmas cheer!

If SKY weren't involved, a fixture list might help some of we impoverished. As it is you can't look through them to see whether you are going to be able to attend even half the games that you are paying for. And were it published, SKY would then give the lie to it by rearranging games to suit themselves.

Think we sold something like 1500 last season, with the majority at or after Xmas. We should be over 3000 and I would hope 4000 but we need to make the pain of not getting one greater by offering privileges to ST holders, i.e. I would allow ST holders first sales for the big games before they go on open sale, e.g. Season ticket holders can buy an extra two per ticket which would ensure west and north are sold out prior to general sale. The risk of not being where you want to be may then outweigh whether you can attend enough games
