Just to avoid confusion Starbug is the username of Steven Pike
SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done
But he with a chuckle replied
That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one
Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
On his face. If he worried he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing

No but I asked that very question tonight and both Phil Coffey and Ian Milward were firmly in agreement that it would not.
I assume they had been told so to that affect and it probably had a bearing on the decision not to appeal it.

I went on the mutants site today to explain the situation , but as usual they got the ' ump ' and got all sh177 y with me , all to do with me pouring scorn on their million quid profit a couple of years back ,

They are Holier than Holy in a Mutant sort of way.............I`ll miss the 6 pts next season... Dalton`s just an annoying condescending Butt plug though, he must work at Fiddlers Ferry.

Yes apparently despite a rigarous defence, there was a risk the points deduction could have been increased on appeal but they were adament it would not affect any future SL application.
That's how it came accross to me anyway.
